I've Been Framed!

I've recently been asked to frame a special certificate for one of our past Presidents of St Annes Rotary Club. Norman Hilll has been made a Paul Harris fellow which is a very important award given to very few Rotarians. I've struggled to complete this job, and began to worry that I would be unable to frame the certificate to my personal satisfaction.
