Waiting for the Tide

Aberdeen Harbour. The Pilot Cutter seems to be returning after delivering the Pilot for the first vessel to enter harbour.

Taken while waiting for the Bottlenose Dolphins to start playing. Through binoculars we watched them cavorting, but somewhat further out than hoped for — even the 400mm lens couldn't get a good enough picture. So I reverted to boats, which were always my first love anyway…
