Colombian Cookery Class

This week, the teacher's wanted to teach us how to cook some Colombian food. We made empanadas (one of our favourite Colombian street foods - kind of like a Colombian cornish pasty) and a layered dessert of crackers and a creamy lime filling. Riquisimo!
