BU-TLE-R U A BULLDOG? HELL YEAH!/ OH!! IO!!

So I volunteered to take pictures for the paper at the basketball game Saturday because, while I am a Butler student and a HUGE fan of Butler Basketball, I'm from Columbus and was born and raised an Ohio State Buckeye, and i'll be one for life. So, I jumped on the opportunity to sit courtside and take pictures at the game. Butler won, and I was happy. I found myself cheering for Butler, nervous when Ohio State got close. But still, I'd never seen an Ohio State basketball game, and to see those guys, David Light, Dallas Lauderdale, these guys that I absolutely love to watch on TV and cheer for, right in front of my eyes, it was incredible. Not that it isn't exciting to see Butler courtside, but three of the starters are sophomores as well, so I live in the same dorm as them. I see them at lunch and in passing going in and out of the building. They're regular guys that happen to play for a Top 25 basketball team in NCAA 1 Men's. But hey, either way, it was a great day, being right in the action. I liked this picture the most because everyone's faces, Willie Veasley and Matt Howard for Butler, Jon Diebler and Dallas Lauderdale for Ohio State, were just great. Wish I had gotten the ball in, however.

Oh well, it was a great day!
