What an amazing day.

Met the couple coming to view the house this morning as I was trying to make a swift exit. I showed them about until the estate agent came and they were making all the right noises. She loved the rooms and as I left, heard her say how much she loved it, the size was amazing.

So, couple of hours later, Steve called with some good news. Agents had left feedback saying they really liked it; wanted to put an offer in, of full asking price as she didn't want to lose it! Amazing!!!

So the whole process from beginning to end has taken 12 days! Could not have worked any better. So pleased. Time for new chapters.
