Sparkle

I love the way the 'jewels' on this lamp sparkle and reflect on the wall.

Had a full day today, my ward was very short staffed so I was promoted from student to junior during the ward round. I don't think I've ever felt so stressed, and my poor hand was cramping with writing so fast! Forgot to eat lunch until 4.45 when a very lovely nurse brought me a sandwich. Tried to go to a meeting with a consultant to discuss some future projects but we had our wires crossed and were both at different Starbucks, so that didn't work out. Finally went to babysit for a couple of very energetic children, an fell asleep on the sofa not long after if out them to bed. Very, very pleased that tomorrow is Saturday and I don't have to go to work!
