sometimes - i simply desire - an uncomplicated shot - one which shows grace and definition - allows the subject to speak for itself - without a lot of fluff and nonsense - because - really, it needs nothing else - know what i mean?

i believe - the easter lily is like that - on many levels - true, i enjoy seeing it in color - and will post it as such - but today - i longed to do it justice - in pure b&w - on its own - with no adornment - graceful - clean - pure... at times - that's all it takes - to make it...
