Eighteen

First time I have used my stopwatch in months and just look at the number waiting for me to find! Eighteenth in my consecutive number challenge.

I think 18 was how many minutes I could run for when I last used the stopwatch. Today I did shorter intervals. In minutes: 1+2+3+2+2+1 with walks in between.

Haven't heard from Luke yet, but I'm assuming he will only arrive in Rome later tonight (our time).
