Shame about the sprouts...

I was too late getting the sprouts planted last year so by Christmas they were only about 2mm in diameter; we had to buy some to go with the turkey.

I thought I'd see what happened if I left the plants alone - maybe they'd be ready to pick this spring? No such luck, in fact they are about to flower where the "sprouts" should be. Makes an interesting photo however!
