Lovell Telescope

At Jodrell Bank.

It was a bit cloudy, but we had a great day out here: interesting exhibits, the telescope itself is amazing, and the café excellent. We had very good lunches and afternoon tea after a walk round the arboretum.

I went some years back and the place was very run down and dowdy. Since the refurbishment it's been transformed.
