The Deep

We've been to The Deep, the sea-life aquarium in Hull this morning. Very well laid out and fascinating. I've been wanting to go for years and never quite made it. We were going to take Jimmy when he was really interested in sharks and, dolphins and whales but then he decided he didn't want to go (I'm not sure what he imagined). Bobby did very well to start with and was fascinated but tired quite quickly - there were an awful lot of people in there and he's so small in comparison. So we had lunch, overlooking a very grey Humber estuary (lunch was excellent and the cafe wasn't too full) and then we drove home. Bobby slept on the journey there and Jimmy slept on the way home. It's just us that needs a rest now :(

p.s. it's very dark in there and my photos were set on the highest ISO and largest aperture, so mainly were failures. I quite like this one of the Nurse Shark.
