Hello stranger......

Rather an uninspiring grey morning. By the time I had acted as walk advisor to my eldest son, who was meeting friends for a walk on the Moors, I had to decide on my exercise for the day.

Motivation was my biggest problem but finally decided a ride on the bike would fit the bill.

Spotted this scarecrow in a garden in Appleton Le Moors. Loved the rosy cheeks!
