You've gotta be in it to win it

A mystery parcel arrived yesterday for Elliot. I hadn't ordered anything for him and, if I had, it would have come addressed to me.

When he opened it this morning he realised he'd won a competition in his Match of the Day magazine!! He's been dutifully entering competitions from his magazines for a while and not winning anything and wondering why he bothers. This is why! As we always tell him 'you've got to be in it to win it'!

I'm going to scour my magazines for competitions now. His luck may be catching! ;-)
