Swatch

A day of domesticity today. P has been locked in mortal combat with a new curtain rail - it took about four hours to install it. I kept my distance to avoid being blamed when things went awry as they inevitably did...

My task was to clear out some drawers - look at the lovely fabric swatch I found. It was a contender when we were planning to re-upholster some old chairs a few years ago. It didn't make it onto the chairs but, again, I can't bring myself to throw it away!
