Time and tide wait for no man

Is it really 29 years since I ran my one and only London marathon!! After 18 miles I was flying along then the wheels came off big time lol !! A lot of good guys finished in front of me that day and one woman Ingrid Kristianson)! The quality of British runners at that time was fantastic but sadly it has declined in the last decade. Wonder where 2.24 will get you tomorrow we will see.
