Coniston to Bowmanstead

Bit of back-blipping about to ensue ...

... back in Edinburgh now, after a lovely week in a sunny (honest!) Coniston :-)

No training today, as travelling down etc. - but did manage to fit in a short evening walk from Coniston, along the lake, to the next village Bowmanstead, which just happened to have a really enticing pub!

Anyhow - there's no avoiding it - back to that pub ... tragically, it didn't serve any of my favourite alkohol-frei beer; so I was forced to sample some of the local brew :-(
