Chores done.

Then off to the gym and spa with A. He's a member of a very swish one in town, the Sheraton no less, and has a few spare guest passes. A decent work-out, while watching Rangers lose to Dundee United in the semi-final (watching football on TV while cycling indoors on a stationary bike - slightly bizarre). Then a swim, a rainforest shower, a sauna, a different type of sauna, rooftop outdoor bubble pool (that was affected by strong cross winds today), a steam room, a cold fog shower, a camomile scented steam room, and finally some more outdoor rooftop bubble pool, before a couple of pints to finish off in a local hostelry.

If I had had my camera with me, the shot would have been A, walking up the steps of the very swish spa, carrying his industrial size tin of ghee that he'd bought at a shop en route.
