The Solway

Club was walking today from Colvend to Kippford, along the Solway Firth, nine miles or so. Wonderful views from high up on the grassy slopes overlooking the Firth. The weather was beautiful, a bit windy, but sunny and not cold at all.

We stopped at Moffat on the way down to Colvend and had some breakfast, then headed to Colvend to start the walk. When we finished at Kippford we had an hour in the local pub, which was packed.

Had a go with the panorama today again..... getting better! Best viewed large!
