Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside...

We had such a lovely fun family day today. One of those days that we've been needing to have for as long as I can remember!

It started off mega early and an exploration down to the local beach. It is pretty windy over this side of the island but that didn't stop us from beach combing, rock climbing and frisbeeing. After a few hours of high jinx we drove to a recommended bar in the next village to fill up on fonder. Noodle, after spending all morning running after stones and sticks and having the most fun out of us all, then decided to do her biggest ever wee right there in the bar. It was so embarrassing...!

Once all our tummys were full we took a trip to another beautiful, vast beach were we purchased beach toys consisting of buckets, spades and kites. I was a bit proud to finally get my kite soaring after about an hour of frustration...! We then took a trip to the town with the longest name. I caved in and bought a souvenir magnet! 4 tired children dictated that it was home time, but not before another mini trip on another beach for me, Evie and noodle.

Such a fun filled, tiring and memorable day had by every member of the family. Hopefully more of the same tomorrow!
