Klezmer evening!

Today was sunny and we did a walk, did some spring cleaning, hung the washing outside to dry for the first time this year, watched three roe deer graze past the house and went to watch a local klezmer group. So many photos to choose from but in the end it was the band that was won!
They have been around for a while now and this was the third time we'd heard them play in a couple of years. Each time they get better and their repertoire increases. This time it really was a good concert!
The concert locale was Metropol, a converted cinema that is really rather small. The audience sit around tables or on sofas along the wall, right up to the edge of the stage. All this just adds to the atmosphere!

(Walked just over 10 km in just under 2 hours today. I was pleased with the time because it was mostly on a forest track and the going was NOT even. It varied from icy snow, to loose sand, to wet sand, to just plain muddy!)
