'Friends, Food, Fun & Fotos'

A really great day today.

We had our friends Stef & Sabina over for lunch. MsMun cooked up a beautiful roast lamb lunch with the best roast pumpkin with a honey roast crust and goats cheese topping.

We have been trying to coordinate our diaries for a get together since the end of September last year. Their youngest daughter Katia was born on my birthday last year and will be one in a couple of weeks time. Instead of buying her a present when she was born, I offered to do a photo shoot with her. Today was the day.

After lunch we headed up to Montsalvat with the camera to take some shots around the grounds of the property. The weather was on our side too after a few days a pretty grey and rainy weather.

Here is one of the shots of Katia, lots more work in front of me now as I ended up with almost 250 shots in about an hour and a quarter.

Back to our house for delicious cake and coffee while all of the kids had a play together.

Huge win to the Hawks last night too, a lazy 99 points in the end. Gold Coast ended up only kicking one goal after half time. After Round 4 the Hawks are sitting on top of the ladder. Next week will be interesting when we play our arch rivals Geelong who are sitting in second place at the moment with both teams still unbeaten this season.
