Scat Ness Wins

On 'clear-up' day there's always a mental tussle about where to walk, the options are usually West Voe of Sumburgh, Quendale Beach and Scat Ness.

Today with big seas still blowing in from the SW, it had to be Scat Ness again - and apologies to those who've had enough of waves this week. The scene today is a bit more energetic than it was a earlier in the week.

My enthusiasm for the big waves only being slightly tempered by the realisation that I'll be on the boat in a few hours.
