The early bird

I know it's not the sharpest photo, but this was a wonderful moment. Getting up early, I wanted to make the most of the beautiful morning sun and go for a walk along the stream next to the mill where we're staying (the mill will be Blipped another time). In the meadow I could see a heron with something wriggling in its beak. A frog! I couldn't focus well enough, but no matter. It was an amazing start to the day.
