Lion around in London Town

We took the girls into London on the train today. It's the first time any of them have been there before (and consequently the first time we have had to take small children into account when travelling around the capital!). We packed quite a lot into the day, with visits to The National Gallery, Science Museum, Natural History Museum and a browse around Hamley's. As well as that, the girls saw some of the landmarks they had only seen on tv before. Ophelia was excited to see some of the things she had seen on her favourite animation 'The Snowman and the Snowdog': Big Ben, the Shard and Eros (though the latter was under cover). After a delicious al fresco tea in Giraffe on the south bank, with lovely views, we headed back to our Hampshire base.
