Tulip

It's been a lovely sunny day. Many of my running club friends were in the London Marathon today. I went for a 17.5 mile training run in the morning (training for the Edinburgh Marathon in 6 weeks) and I can vouch that in the sun it was a bit too hot for a marathon. they seem on the whole to have done well though.

This tulip is in full bloom now and wide open for a macro shot.
