i remember when i lived in zambia, it seemed like the sun was always shining on the walk to church and so sunbathing / biking plans were made. but by the time we came out it always seemed to be overcast and/or stormy.

i thought the same thing would happen this morning as i walked to church in brilliant sunshine. fortunately it was still shining when i came out. after hanging some washing on the washing line, i headed out on the bike.

i've decided that cycling is the perfect sport for introverts. such great recharging time, especially after a morning of having my work face on and all that entails.

and now for that lovely feeling of an ever-so-slightly glowing face. marvellous.
