Date Palms

Well - no surprises with it being Palm Sunday though I have to confess that this picture was not taken today; the one I took did have palm trees but was so bland, I just couldn't use it... so this is landscaping on the road that comes into our precinct (called Karama) and I LOVE that we have it just outside. We see it every time we come home as we use this approach 99% of the time.

Sadly, I did not make it to a service. Really bad of me. I was listening to the Integrity CD "We are One" in the morning and it ends with the song "Great Awakening" and that always enthuses me! SweetArt has had the most amazing service and G has posted a blip using one of my favourite dust collectors souvenirs ever!

I didn't make it back to the hospital as the doctor was running late so rescheduled to next Sunday. Yes, on Easter as it is a normal working day here but I have taken the day off! Think I've worked on Easter only once in my life. That was in 2008 and it was a trade off as I was booked to go on holiday (to Spring Harvest) at a time of the month that I would not normally be allowed time off (month end for any accountants out there). So glad I am out of that cycle. Hope you've all had a good weekend.
