Lazy Sunday

First time in a very long while, I joined Roxy for a lazy day: a lie in and then sunbathing in my scorching hot garden. It felt very wrong being so lazy, especially when so many people were running the London Marathon, but think I need it.

Later this afternoon I cooked a yummy roast dinner for my parents and I'm now sat on the sofa for some lazy sky plus viewing.

Back to the gym and work tomorrow. Happy Sunday.
