Brixton sapeur

Had a little walk around Brixton this evening, there were several very sharply dressed guys who reminded me of the Sapeurs from the Republic of Congo. Including this dapper gentleman in a shiny suit and even shinier shoes and skewiff hat, who could barely stand upright, and made it as far as the nearest phone box which he then used as a toilet. Which slightly ruined the initial impression given by his dress sense.
