It's a crap picture but I love a metaphor that bludgeons you over the head.

After being out of radar contact for 36 hours it wss lovely to discover that despite a rather moribund draw yesterday Scunny are back at the top where they belong.

In other news the kids are still away, I have just dropped Big Bloke in town for a night out with his school chums and I am alone for the first time, in 48 hours. Cue a very hot, bubbly bath, a good book, some mindless telly and a shed load of chocolate.
