Safari Surprise

Risked limbs this morning to venture outside for a garden safari. There's lots of mosquitos around and I keep getting bitten but I really wanted a photo of the bees on the crabapple blossom. So socks tucked in, jumper zipped up and camera at the ready, I took a few photos of the bees when I caught this little beauty out of the corner of my eye, first damselfly this year. Go large for extra detail!
