Survivor

The last time I visited Irelands highest waterfall was with earthdreamer, it was after heavy rain and an enormous volume of water roared over the rocks, this Hawthorn tree, which I photographed back then only from a different angle is now a wayfarer card.
Today was a very different day, weather wise it was fresh and sunny and as it's a while since we had any rain, the water in the fall was quite minimal. it was our monthly blipmeet so I was in the good company of himself, freespiral, BAT, CarolineL and GinnyH. You can just see them on the big rock we chose for our picnic, food eaten outdoors tastes so good!
