Men and their toys.

Johann and George, all packed and ready, shortly before they left to to enjoy? a trip through the very rough, but scenic Baviaanskloof.

Yesterday saw George venturing into The Hell (Gamkaskloof) and it seems as if this trip was also much enjoyed.
Although he became a bit confused with the road back, only just enough daylight was left for him to enjoy and marvel at the wonder of the rock formations in Meiringspoort.

Tonight might see them bed down under the stars as inside the kloof there are very few overnight facilities. A dip in the river, that is if there is water! I hope that they went to the butcher before they entered the Baviaans - they might even have a lovely bbq underneath the stars!

Tommorrow when they leave the kloof, George will continue on his way to East London while Johann will take the tar road back to our place, George. When he left this morning, he was of intent to pop in at Cape St Francis, on the road back, where Blanche and Chris are enjoying themselves and the kids with their summer holidays.
