Rainbow in the dark

It rained for most of the day. My Mum and Dad came to dinner and after we went to the Inverness botanic gardens (floral hall) . The garden had changed quite abit since our visit a few weeks ago. The blossom and daffodils were in bloom and some of the tulips too. There was a break in the weather allowing us to explore the outside first. The greenhouse was nice and warm and the gardener was giving the plants a last drink of water before they closed.

We stopped at The White Cottage for coffee and cake and then drove along the Beauly Firth under a dark sky. The sun then appeared creating this magnificent double rainbow.
