One Week Later

Owing to some indifferent weather while we were away I have not missed the flowering of my bulbs after all! These are supposed to be Narcissus 'Avalanche'; however, the lovely illustration on the pack is different from the resulting blooms - I was expecting multi-heads of single flowers, when it is obvious that mine are doubles - so even better.

Quite by coincidence, the other narcissus I planted are completely different from the picture on the packet, so different that it would be worth complaining to the supplier if only I could remember where they were purchased.

We arrived home from Cyprus at 3.30am (1.30am local time) and up for church as usual, so must get to bed. Backblipping and commenting to resume asap.
