Ride the waves

Macaroni Penguins getting a complete battering as they try and get in and out the water. After a few days of northerly winds there was about 20ft of swell at their usual entry & exit point, meaning it was all about timing it right to get a lift up and hopefully get a grip on a rock at the top without falling back down.
