Windy

so very w i n d y. Blipped on the way back from the grocery store in Springerville. Wasn't quite so windy this morning.

Spent most of the day catching up here today. On a wander around FB I discovered an old friend now lists his residence as Southampton. I last spoke with him by 'phone a month or so ago. I speculate that he retired, sold up and went to live with his sister. Not true, I made an erroneous assumption, he only noted he visited Southampton. He emailed to say he's still firmly ensconced in Woodbridge.

I need to write some honest to goodness letters. Mum was my regular correspondent before she died (twenty-five years ago now). Dad only ever wrote once. Mum's lovely handwriting got smaller and smaller over the years.
