Today was a day of house chores and gardening, plus visit to the local garden centre for compost, bark and some excellent new perennials......I don't know why I bother to go the the big chain garden centres our local one is so good!

Our washing machine has been very noisy for a couple of months now, the drum bearings are shot, so today Matt decided to take it apart and fix it......after painstakingly removing everything to get to the drum he found it was a sealed drum so you can't replace the bearing only the whole drum!! So we decided that we'd get a whole new machine as it was nearly as cheap as buying a drum!! Who daft is that!!!
