Lunch!
I have had a super healthy day today and feel so much better for it! I started with yogurt, oats and almonds for breakfast followed by an amazing salad which you can see in my picture. In my salad I have some rocket leaves, lettuce, cucumber, celery, sugar snap peas, orange bell pepper, picked cucumber, beetroot and finally some ham. It was DELICIOUS! And so filling and low in fat and calories. 161 calories for all of that!! I then had a cheeky slice of whole grain bread with nothing on it and some herbal tea to keep me going this afternoon. Finally I had some pasta, broccoli and ham for dinner. I had 4 ginger nut biscuits as a treat for my super healthy day! Altogether I have had 869 calories and I feel full and satisfied. I just hope that it is ok I have had such a small amount of calories even though I have had three meals today and some biscuits.
