Bad planning

Wanted to get some air to air shots of towing. Once up I realised my memory card was full and spent the next few minutes trying to format the card which isn't that easy with gloves on (took it off in the end) and trying to steer around the sky. That's why it's 16:9 ratio and the ISO is 640 as I pressed the wrong buttons. Then I realised I'd just formatted over a movie file I'd taken for some friends. And all that faffing meant I couldn't get into the position I wanted - so bit of a disaster.
Steve Forbert was great but I had to turn around and tell a drunk chatty woman that we'd come to hear Steve and not her. Her group left shortly after. Hope it was something I said.
