And relax.....
After a warm day in the sun and a 26.2 mile run in the greatest marathon in the world in the world's greatest city, you will most likely have earned a massage.
The group we brought to London have done what they came for today: to provide massage for Teenage Cancer Trust.
We have met incredible people, all of whom have a very close affinity to Teenage Cancer.
Before we stared work we got the opportunity to watch the junior races, wheelchairs, paralympian and elite mens and women's races.
We saw the world's very best marathon athletes and even got two world records thrown in. Simon Couchman is the world's fastest marathon runner dressed as an astronaut; and Kevin Hunt achieved a similar record while dressed as a logo.
Having enjoyed that, the students then demonstrated enormous taken, professionalism and support for the athletes. We tutors have had a very easy day supervising them because they really stepped up and showed how good they are.
We are very proud of them. They have been great ambassadors for the college, Blackpool and the families.
And while all this was going on I managed to follow AFC Fylde on twitter. Two cup finals and two cups takes the unbeaten run to 22 games. Now for promotion?
We've had a lovely meal tonight and celebrated one of the group's birthday.
An early night so this is a back blip.
