Basking in the sunshine
Another fantastic day - sunshine and warmth. I dusted down my sandals and had a very quick trip into Bantry which was looking extremely colourful! No twiddling has been done - those buildings, freshly painted, are really that colourful. Once the railway came down as far as here and those are something to do with the terminus.
Back home and lots of pottering in the garden. I put sticks in for the peas and beans, scooped quantities of duckweed out of the ponds, cleared yet more dead wood, tried to find the path heading towards the cranberries and planted out some beetroot. These long light evenings make coming inside very difficult.
