Mystery in the Jar

The countdown to Christmas has started in earnest in our house. I have made the cranberry and orange relish.

It may look like the work of some Hammer Horror character played by Vincent Price but it tastes okay. And a well known Norwich City supporter assures me it's fine to make it this early and keep it in the fridge.

Now where's that red cabbage?
