Home!

Arrived back in England this morning. The Arcadia docked in Southampton at 6am. We had to be out of our cabin by 8.30, so once we were up, went and had our last big breakfast! Jen's friend Gilly kindly came to the docks to pick us up.

The car batteries were flat, not surprising after two and a half months away, so Gilly and Terry got to work with the 'jump leads'. Terry's kicked in but mine needs another boost.

The weather today is sunny and warm,a real welcome home. Our lovely neighbours looked after the flat, sorting out the pile of mail into His And Hers! And a lovely welcome home poster on our lounge door.

So after a wonderful holiday it's now down to washing and ironing!!

Will try to do my back blips in the next few days. It was so annoying not to be able to get internet connections while we were at sea.
