Khmer New Year... Again!

I finished work early and went for a lovely long run in the sun, then came home and cooked dinner.

To continue with the Khmer New Year theme I made lok chaa sach ko. It's a traditional Khmer dish of beef cooked in oyster sauce, served with salad, rice, a fried egg, and a lime juice and black pepper dipping sauce.
