A swift swallow? Swooping?

I couldn't resist one more rolled up piece of paper. It's not a problem. I could give up any time I wanted. It's just that it's a tricky time at work at the moment but, as soon as I'm sorted, I'll feel a bit stronger and I'll cut these out altogether. Or, maybe, it'd be better to cut down gradually. Yeah, that's what I'll do... cut down gradually. Very gradually. But not yet...
