The Joys of Spring

Whenever asked I have always said that my favourite season is Summer with it's long, hot mostly wet days, but recently I have started to appreciate Spring with it's longer, warmer days when the sun is stronger and the wind that bit lighter.
I was having a stressful morning so made myself go for a walk around the lake at lunchtime and I was really rewarded not only was the blossom on the trees beautiful but I saw a deer. It ran across far to fast for either my camera or my reactions so couldn't get a blip. I have never seen one there before it was quite exciting.
