The Cat Phone

I've passed this strange black phone box a few times. It is in an enclosure, in a field, on top of something that looks like it might be an underground bunker. It's all grassed over and surrounded by a fence with a sign that says 'Danger - Keep Out'.

The cat didn't take any notice of the sign. Maybe it is the secret cat HQ where the cats are planning global domination and the phone box is a secure phone line to the King Cat in his jungle hideaway. The guard-cat did give me quite a suspicious glance as I took the photo.
