Hopeful

The sun being out today got me hoping for a sunny summer term in school and so on my trip to town I had to get new sandals :) They are so comfortable and not too high, an important feature for a giraffe like me. I'm tired of flat shoes and reckon heels should happen a bit more.
Edinburgh looked terrific in the sun. Walked and walked and walked. Then met the Scotsman and walked along the Portobello prom to have tea and ice cream at my favourite cafe. I love the holidays!
