Copper Beech.

I could see why this tree is called copper this evening! The setting sun really caught the leaves and made them glow!

No word from my friend. I assume she's laying low and burying her head in the sand..

I went to Bicester outlet village today with my daughter and grandson. I bought a gorgeous navy pinstripe trouser suit from Ralph Lauren and a smart winter coat from Karen Millen.. I hope it'll be a while before I need to wear the latter.. ;-)
